Competitive Calling Rates
For 233 countries
Canada and the United States are unlimited on every plan. Everywhere else is billed per minute, with 40 countries at 10 cents.
International is off until you ask
By default, all users are restricted to Canada and United States calling. If you wish to enable it for specific team members, or account wide, let us know.
Zero Liability Fraud
Within the VoIP telephone space, there are hackers who attempt to access phone systems to place international calls. You will never be held liable for ‘toll fraud.’
Remote Workers Calling
Regardless of user location, unlimited Canada and United States calling are standard with all other countries being billed as outlined. An employee in Mexico dialling a Mexican number is still billed as an international call.
About these rates. Each country shows one generalized rate, rounded up to the nearest cent. It is the standard rate for calling a landline in that country, so you are not reading a separate line for every city and every mobile carrier.
Mobile numbers can cost more. In some countries, calling a mobile is billed above the published landline rate — in a few it is several times higher. If your team calls mobiles in a specific country, ask us for that rate first and we will confirm it in writing before you rely on it.
Rates are per minute in Canadian dollars, exclude taxes, and are billed in the minimum increment set for each destination. Satellite services, premium-rate numbers, special-service numbers and non-geographic network numbers are not covered by these rates and are billed separately.
Published rates are current as of the date of this page and can change without notice as our carriers adjust their pricing. The rate in effect at the time of the call is the rate that is billed. See the international calling terms for the full detail.
