No. It helps if you know roughly how many people need a phone and how calls reach you today, but working that out is part of what the demo is for.
Nothing at all. A demo is a conversation, not an agreement. Plenty of people book one to sanity-check what their current provider is charging them, and we are fine with that.
Worth booking anyway. Tell us your renewal date in the notes and we will quote for that date and set a reminder. Number porting also takes a few weeks, so starting early is sensible rather than premature.
No. If you already own compatible handsets we'll work with those. If you'd rather not spend capital, leasing spreads the cost month to month. And if you want to buy outright, we'll quote that too — all three, on the same page.
They come with you. Porting is included at no cost, we file the paperwork on your behalf, and your old service stays live until the moment the new one takes over. Nobody loses a call in the handover.
