The things people ask us.
No. The form starts your order, nothing more. We call you the same business day to confirm the details, and billing is set up on that call. If you change your mind before then, you tell us and it stops there.
Yes. The package is priced for a small office rather than per head, so two people pay the same as four. The spare extensions and phones are yours when you hire — no new contract, no re-quote.
Why we price it that way: we build a real relationship with every customer, and that stops being possible at thousands of accounts paying a few dollars each. We would rather look after a smaller number of businesses properly than sell a cheap line to everyone and answer none of the calls.
You move onto per-extension pricing, which starts at $25 per extension per month and gets cheaper with volume. Same network, same phones, same account manager. Have a look at plans and pricing for the details.
Install is usually within two weeks of your confirmation call. If you're moving existing numbers, that part runs one to two weeks and your current provider controls the timeline — but your old line stays live the whole time and cuts over at a moment you pick.
Standard business internet is enough for four phones. If your office needs a PoE switch or extra cabling, the technician sorts it out on the install visit and tells you the cost up front — we won't surprise you with it on a bill.
Any time, with 30 days notice, and you return the phones we own. There's no term, no penalty and no retention department to argue with. Call us first though — most things that make people unhappy with a phone system are fixable in an afternoon.
